A Daily Workout Plan?

Well I it a gym membership at Anytime Fitness. I been going everyday after work for one hour but I need a workou plan. I need a plan to burn fat and build muscle. I want to work on my pecs, arms , and abs(gut). I weigh 204 and 5'8. I want to look good for my senior year this coming school year and I want to look good for summer also to get healthy please help
