Best way to get ripped at the gym?

I am mission of getting ripped. I weigh 180 pounds and im 16. Im not fat whatsoever its just that i am out of shape. Anyways i go to the 24 hour fitness and i need some help getting ripped the best and fastest way. I need my shoulders, arms, stomach, and pretty much everything to be full of muscle for the ladys. I currently go every other other day. Which means i go one day then miss two and go again. I want to go everyday but is that good for you? And what equipment should i work out on.
