Toning up, but fussy eater?! Food and fitness help? ?
Switch your white breads to whole grain breads, but try to lessen up on it. Some simple recipies? um protien is key to gain muscle so making sandwiches with meat in them (you said you like chicken?) and whole grain bread, I also make smoothies all this time with tofu ( like pure protien ) so keeping a buch bags of frozen berries on hand to whip up a protien smooth is a good idea. Just cutting out chips or sugary snacks and replacing them with fruit is about the most effective thing you can do. Drink lots of milk, skim preferably because it has less calories, and cut out soda because its pretty much worthless if your trying to gain muscle. beef jerky is high in protien and is also a great snack. Diet shakes are also pretty healthy for you because they are hogh in protien and fiber and pretty fine for calories, and only have as much sugar as a normal size apple, i drink the slim fast ones.
