Looking for a great value quality garden shed, is overlap or shiplap better?

The price includes vat and delivery expect for people living in devon, cornwall and dorset, which includes me which is a tad sad. Does anyone know any better deals are there any drawbacks with a shiplap shed this one seems great value as well a href="http://www.buyshedsdirect.co.uk/8x6-garden-shed-overlap-apex" rel="nofollow"http://www.buyshedsdirect.co.uk/8x6-gard…/a but it doesn't have a lock don't know if it uses chipboard inside.
