Legal advice need some advice?

i have had a damp problem in my housing asscociation house for the last three and a bit years ever since they replaced our roof with a new one the problem we have had is that condensation builds up on the inside of the roof and water runs from the apex of the roof straight down to the sofit then the water drips onto the fibr glass insulation and as of a result of this the damp that we have has just gotten worse over the three yearr period,it has been proven finally that there is a problem with the roof that was fitted and they our now planning to reroof the house again in the next couple of months,it has took like i said three and a bit years to get to this point a lot of headaches and shouting my question is this if the housing association has basicaly admmited liabilty by saying that the roof is knackerd and they will reroof where do i stand for compensation to damged belonings damage to the decoration of the house do i have a leg to stand on or will they get a way with just reroofing the property need to know where i stand before i make any decisions on the matter
