I want to lose 70 pounds in five months.?

That would be 14lbs per month. I'm a mohter of 3, 28yrs old, 5'7", and I weigh 210lbs. I've tried lots of different pills. I joined 24hr fitness almost a year ago. I go once or twice a week for 2hrs if I have the time to go. My schedule is rough. I get maybe 6hrs of sleep a night. I eat dinner really late 11pm. I've cut back on the soda and I've stopped eating out. What else can I do?
