How to reset a apex television?

i have a apex television. i think its a apex pf3220. i need to know how to reset it to factory settings! please help me on this. and also does anyone know if this tv can play high definition for xbox 360? but please help me because my tvs calibration is so messed up u cant see alot of the screen and its really annoying
